They were commencing the wall tiling of the bathroom and en suite a week or so ago. It is likely that this work is now complete. The floor tiling has commenced but it appears there were problems with the grouting.

Building Work Slows

Not much in the way of progress on the house over the last couple of weeks. The garage door has been installed and the downpipes have been connected to the drains. That's about it. No work on the inside as far as I can tell.  The neighbours on the north side have erected a fence. They are supposed to either consult us or provide us with a Fencing Notice. Neither of which they have done. Theoretically this means we are not obliged to contribute to the cost. Will see how this works out.
