Still Waiting

Land Victoria are certainly taking their time registering the plan of subdivision for Solsbury Field. It was lodged on Wednesday, August 19. It is now September 11. Three and a half weeks have passed and we are still waiting! It appears the estimate of 2 to 3 weeks was a little optimistic. I will refrain from making any remarks about the productivity of the state bureaucracy.

    Hi Alan, did a drive by Solsbury today, saw a couple of blocks had their water connection (meter installed). Have you guys settled?

    Hi Thai, According to our contract settlement is set down for 14 days after the title is registered. As per my post above we are still waiting for Land Victoria to register the new titles. I believe this applies to the whole of Solsbury. I'm quite surprised that people are able to arrange for connection of the water meters - when they don't own the land yet. Is the temporary fencing still in place.?

    Hi Alan, Red Brush drive has officially open for a couple of weeks now. The reason I asked was because I thought your block is one of the block that have their water meter connected - maybe I'm wrong. Ill upload it on homeone forum if you like. My username is Blue_destiny.
