It had been four weeks since my last contact with Orbit, so
I sent an email on Thursday asking for an update. They advised that the ordering
process was not yet complete but should be finished mid next week. All going
well, site start should be some time during the week commencing November 30. So
it looks like it will be a full six weeks from the day building permit was
issued and the day the build actually commences.
The build time to the Christmas break will be 2.5 to 3
weeks. Hopefully this is sufficient time to complete the slab.
